1. Using REM Play products

You may use REM Play games and this website for personal, lawful purposes. Do not misuse the products, interfere with their operation, attempt unauthorized access, distribute malicious code, or use them in a way that violates applicable law or the rights of others.

2. REM Merge

REM Merge is provided as a casual entertainment product. Features may be added, changed, improved, or removed as the game develops. We may release updates that are required for compatibility, security, store requirements, or continued operation.

3. Purchases

REM Merge may offer optional purchases through the platform store, including a one-time Remove Ads entitlement. Purchases are processed by the relevant platform provider and are also subject to that provider’s terms, payment rules, refund policies, and account requirements.

Where a purchase is described as permanent or non-consumable, it applies to the supported product and platform account under the store’s entitlement system. It does not guarantee that a product or platform will remain available indefinitely.

4. Advertising and third-party services

Some versions of REM Merge may include advertising or use third-party services for payments, analytics, consent management, crash reporting, and platform functionality. Those services may be governed by their own terms and policies. Our handling of information is described in the Privacy Policy.

5. Intellectual property

REM Play, REM Merge, the REM Play logo, original game assets, website content, and related materials are owned by REM Play or used under applicable licenses. These terms do not transfer ownership of those materials to you. Third-party trademarks and technologies remain the property of their respective owners.

6. Availability

We aim to provide reliable products, but we do not promise uninterrupted or error-free availability. Features can depend on your device, operating system, network connection, Google Play, or other third-party services outside REM Play’s control.

7. Disclaimer

To the extent permitted by applicable law, REM Play products are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis without warranties beyond those that cannot legally be excluded. Nothing in these terms limits rights or remedies that applicable consumer law gives you and that cannot be waived by contract.

8. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by applicable law, REM Play is not responsible for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses arising from use of the products. This limitation does not apply where liability cannot legally be limited or excluded.

9. Changes

We may update these terms as our products or legal requirements change. The current version will be published at this URL with an updated effective date when material changes are made.
